Refund Policy

As you know, all of our items are handmade start to finish. We make conscious effort to advertise our products as accurately as possible with clear, honest photos that reflect the true colours and details, though slight variation may occur due to lighting, screen settings and the handmade nature of each item.

We do not offer refunds for pieces that do not fit or you decide you do not like the appearance of, therefore please ensure you choose your correct size and style carefully. Head over to our "ring sizing chart" for guidance on selecting the correct fit.

We do however offer refunds and postage for faulty items. This includes items that are damaged or faulty due to a direct result of craftmanship error.

The above refund policy excludes items that have broken after purchase due to mishandling and earrings for hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a refund the following must be adhered to

• Provide valid proof of purchase
• Items must be returned in their original state, undamaged, unworn and in the packaging provided by Cactasea.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cactasea, please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping locations:

At this point in time we only offer shipping within Australia but hope to offer shipping internationally in the future.

Processing times:

Orders processed before 12pm on week days where I am not away working will generally be shipped same day.

If an order is placed while I am working away, it will be processed/ shipped as soon as I return home.

Due to the nature of my other employment, I am unable to offer express shipping at this point in time.

Shipping fees:

Our flat rate standard shipping is $10. However, this may vary depending on parcel size, weight and delivery location, if so cost will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels:

As noted in our “Terms of Use” policy, we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels, however, are happy to assist in investigating the matter.

Incorrect address details:

As stated in our “Terms of Use” policy, we are not responsible for incorrect address entry.

• Cactasea specialises in handcrafted jewellery.
• Due to the handmade nature of some pieces, slight variations may occur.
• Depending on the device you are viewing the products on, colours may appear differently.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

We do our best to ensure our product descriptions and pricing is accurate, however we reserve the right to correct any errors.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices on our website are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
• Prices include GST where applicable.
• Payments must be made in full at checkout.
• We deserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

• Afterpay

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Orders

We deserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased.
• Cancel orders where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
• Refuse or cancel an order at our sole discretion.
• Cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors.

If for any of the above reasons your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

• Our base shipping cost is $11.00 but may vary depending on parcel size/ weight/ postage location.
• Delivery timeframes are estimated times only.
• We are not responsible for delays in postage caused by postal services.
• Upon dispatch and postage confirmation, risk of loss or damage to parcels passes on to you.

Upon placing your order, please ensure all shipping details are correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrect address information provided by customers.

Care & Maintenance

Jewellery requires good care. We do not take responsibility for damaged caused by the following:

• Improper storage
• Normal everyday wear and tear
• Exposure to water, perfumes, skin products, makeup or chemicals
• Misuse or accidental damage
